Fortnite Supply FAQ

What is a Supply Drop?

In short: A Supply Drop is a random set of rewards.

How it works: After opening a Supply Drop, the user receives one random reward from the available prize pool. The result is generated automatically and cannot be selected manually.

What rewards can I get?

In short: A Supply Drop may contain different types of rewards.

Possible rewards: These may include passes, equipment, in-game valuables, rare rewards, or other gifts listed in the current prize pool.

Important: The prize pool may be updated over time, but all available rewards are part of the overall Supply Drop system.

What if I receive a reward I already have?

In short: The reward is still considered a valid Supply Drop result.

Principle: A Supply Drop grants a random reward from the overall list of available items. If the item received is already owned by the user in the game, this is not considered a system error.

Important to understand: Duplicate rewards are possible, as each Supply Drop is opened separately and the result is determined randomly.

Exceptions: If a specific promotion includes compensation, replacement, or another way of handling duplicate rewards, this will be stated in its terms.

Is a rare reward guaranteed?

In short: No, a rare reward is not guaranteed.

How rewards are distributed: Some rewards may appear more often, while others may be rarer. The rarity of a reward depends on the internal conditions of the Supply Drop.

Important to understand: Each opening is a separate random result. Previous openings do not guarantee a specific reward in the future.

Can I return or exchange a Supply Drop?

In short: Once opened, the result is final.

Rule: An opened Supply Drop cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless otherwise stated in the special terms of a promotion.

Exceptions: If a technical issue occurs, the user may contact support to have the situation reviewed.

Is Supply Drop considered gambling?

In short: No, Supply Drop is not considered gambling.

Official information: Supply Drop is a digital reward mechanic used within the game. It does not involve real-money betting, wagering, or the opportunity to receive a cash prize.

Legal position: The mechanic is designed to operate as part of the game’s reward system and does not constitute gambling or a lottery. Supply Drop is intended to comply with applicable rules, platform requirements, and relevant legal standards.

Important: Rewards received from Supply Drop are limited to in-game items, bonuses, or other digital benefits and do not represent monetary winnings.

Why is Supply Drop trustworthy?

In short: All users participate under the same conditions.

Core principles: Supply Drop operates under the same rules for all participants. The result is determined randomly, without manual intervention.

Our position: We aim to keep the mechanic clear, fair, and engaging, so every user understands how Supply Drop works and what to expect before opening it.
